Order Processing

Orders placed before 4pm are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be processed and dispatched the following working day.

Delivery Options

We use two trusted next day delivery services depending on the size and weight of your order:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – for smaller items
• APC Courier – for larger or heavier consignments

Both services are fully tracked, so you’ll be able to follow your order from dispatch to delivery.

Delivery Timescales

All deliveries are sent on a next day service. Please allow for the following:

1. Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day and typically arrive the next working day
2. Orders placed after 4pm are dispatched the following working day
3. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may occasionally take an additional day

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. If you have not received your tracking details or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we will look into this for you.
