If you’d like to make a return, our policy is outlined below.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged in transit, or faulty, we will accept the return in full and arrange collection of the goods at no cost to you. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this resolved quickly.
How it works:
If you have ordered an item in error or no longer require it, we are happy to accept a return provided the goods are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
In these cases, the cost of returning the goods to us is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe return.
How it works:
Items that have been custom-made or modified to your specification are non-returnable. These products are manufactured specifically for your order and cannot be restocked.
This includes services such as threading, pressure testing, and hose assemblies.
Exception: If a custom item has been made incorrectly due to an error on our part, we will arrange collection and provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
